Welcome to noe_toe_kure, where all your wildest Naruto fantasies (or more like mine) can come true!

Before we get started, please make sure to read through the following posts in order to familiarise yourself with the logic and limitations of the Naruto universe. These posts should help you to better mold your characters (whether through powering them up or down) so that they are better suited to the natural order of things.

A few quick bulletpoints:

* ALL Naruto NPCs and quite a few played characters will be roleplayed by me unless explicitly stated. As I'm the only one with the vast amount of Naruto knowledge, it makes sense, no?

* Although the timeline for this game is set just before the start of the Fourth Shinobi World War, many of the the circumstances are quite different.

* Time in this universe works rather fluidly and the plot is currently undetermined. We'll get out of this whatever we put in - our actions and sideplots will effect alliances.
